Tenants

We hope we can help you find a new home, please browse our available properties

When we have found you the property of your choice please remember you will need to make a formal online application for tenancy.

The Tenant Referencing Agency will require ID to be uploaded and they will process your application including obtaining references from your Employer and current Landlord if applicable. They will also check your credit history. The time this process takes can vary from a day or two to a couple of weeks depending on how quickly your employer and landlord respond. But we can assure you they will process your application as quickly as possible so that we can give you the keys to your new home

If like most of our customers you are looking for long term security you will be pleased to know that most of our Landlords are happy with longer rental periods

For your convenience we are able to carry out viewings at flexible times as long as it’s OK with all parties
