We are a small independent family run business that opened on 1st September 2007.

For almost 18 years we have tried to treat all our customers – both Landlord and Tenants - as individuals, noting their specific needs and circumstances to achieve the best outcome for them.

We only have one branch which is privately owned by us, and we can therefore make our own decisions and be a bit more flexible if needs be whilst remaining completely legally compliant.

Our main priority every day is that all our customers are happy and content with the service they receive.

We are very proud to say that we have very long-term happy Landlords and Tenants and, very significantly, returning Tenants pleased to be back with us enjoying our service.

We have faced many challenges over the years and hopefully have learnt from them to adapt and improve our customer service – we are never complacent, always being aware that market conditions are constantly changing.

Opening hours

Monday to Friday 10am – 5.30pm

On Saturdays our Clifton Road office will be closed but we will be working at home from 10am – 12.30pm and will still carry out arranged viewings, valuations and management visits
